The Ocean House - 18) King Suite Room

Our location between the beach and the lake is unique, with the town just a short walk away and accessible by train. Since 1878, the Ocean House invites you to relax on our wraparound porch, explore our town and enjoy our hospitality. Let our staff help you fall in love with Spring Lake. The space Private room and bath located on the 2nd floor of the main house with a king bed and a twin size pullout couch bed. Guest access King Size bedroom, with separate sitting area, located on the second floor of the main hallway. Suite features king sized bedroom, separate sitting room with a twin pull out couch suitable for guests ages 12-18. Room also includes private bathroom with tub/shower, two flat screens with cable boxes, electric fireplace, complimentary toiletries, wifi, and air conditioning. Other things to note THERE IS NO ELEVATOR ON PROPERTY A hot breakfast is included in your stay for each occupant in the booking. Breakfast is served every morning in our dining room on the first floor. There are two breakfast times for guests: 8:30am-9:15am and 9:15am-10am. Menus are prepared the day before and handed out to guests. We ask guests to fill in the printed menu and hand it in at reception or send us their choice by SMS so that all orders can be taken into account. The Ocean House has limited parking spaces available. Guests may park only one car on site per reservation. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. The Ocean House requires guests to move their car before 12 noon on the guests check-out day. All guests parking on the property must display an Ocean House parking pass on their dashboard.
