Our half "shotgun" style apartment gives you the best of both worlds. Newly renovated, it's clean and fresh but still has traditional elements of New Orleans charm. Centrally located, its close to the Super-dome downtown, Uptown or Mid-City. Perfect for exploring the city like a local! The space Guests have full access to the ~850sq ft apartment. You’ll walk into the open concept living/dining/kitchen space which has a loveseat, fold down couch, coffee and end tables. While the place has been recently renovated, the charm of the original floors, fireplace and high ceilings were preserved. There is a desk to work at and several barstools at the eat in kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and dishes, so you can eat in if you like-but we also have lots of recommendations on where to eat out. There are full size washer/dryer units for use, and plenty of extra towels and blankets. Forget something? We’ve got you covered from sunscreen to ear plugs. Just check the medicine cabinet and you’re likely to find what you need. The bedroom is tucked in the back of the house and is perfect for peace and quiet. Guest access We'll meet you upon your arrival and to give you access to the apartment. You'll enter the apartment from the front and have access to the porch and rocking chairs for morning porch reading or evening sipping. The living room includes a pull out couch.
