House sits on its own peninsula, over an acre of land with water views from every room and sunsets that will amaze. Decorated in comfortable cape style with full kitchen. Private master suite upstairs with king size bed. Main floor contains three bedrooms, two with queens size beds and one bunk room(appropriate for children no adults on upper bunk). 1 1/2 bath on main level. Plenty of space to unwind. normal check-in 4:00pm check-out 11:00am(set in high season). Some weekends do come available last minute so feel free to inquire & 5 day minimum will be waved. July & August minimum 5 days or more. summer & prime weekends higher price. One week left in July. Will consider monthly in winter season $4000/month otherwise house will be closed by Nov. 5 and re-open in May. Full access to the house, yard and community beach. Maximum of three cars in the driveway and 7 adults in the house during entire stay! Free parking pass available for local beaches & parks of Barnstable. No access to docked boats and garage as well as indoor fireplace. Dogs approved per case for a pet fee of $125.Owner guest leasing agreement will be sent out when inquiring about a stay with a $1000 security fee to be paid prior to stay and returned within 14 days of your stay if house left is same condition. In most situations a property manager will meet you at the house and can assist if problems arise. Centerville village is 10 minutes away with general store, playground, beach and famous Four Seas Ice Cream. Hyannis also accessed in 10 minutes large town center with grocery stores, shopping, mini golf, coffee houses and ferry boat service to the islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Cape Cod Melody Tent 10 minutes away. Car is recommended however bus from Boston stops in Hyannis. Swimming, fishing and boating are all allowed on the lake. Kayaks are provided. Play structure in backyard. The property is surrounded by water and does attract water fowl so dropping may be found on the grass but we have a service once a week for grass cutting and maintenance. Please help to discourage geese on the lawn during your stay. Highchair, pack n play, changing pad, toys and games available under living room benches.
