Rock Island Arsenal is 5 minutes away. Central location to anywhere in QC! The space Large open floorplan great for a few people, whole family, or workers who want a home away from home. Huge sectional with oversized ottoman so everyone can kick up their feet and watch the big screen smart TV. Old school console radio/record player is always fun for everyone. Ample bedrooms, room with twin beds can easily be converted to king w/memory foam upon request. One bath is Jack-n-Jill style w/square retro tub/shower, 2nd bath is modern with large walk-in shower. Hardwood floors in most of home. Stacked washer/dryer on main level for longer stays. Deck out front is great for morning coffee. For single travelers you can easily shut of two bedrooms and feel more cozy. Guest access Main level only, front door has keypad and I can program a personal code per request. Basement is used only as an emergency exit. Other things to note House has keypad entry and checking in is a breeze.
