Huge sectional with oversized ottoman so everyone can kick up their feet and watch the big screen smart TV. Old school console radio/record player is always fun for everyone. Ample bedrooms, room with twin beds can easily be converted to king w/memory foam upon request. One bath is Jack-n-Jill style w/square retro tub/shower, 2nd bath is modern with large walk-in shower. Hardwood floors in most of home. Stacked washer/dryer on main level for longer stays. Deck out front is great for morning coffee. For single travelers you can easily shut of two bedrooms and feel more cozy. Main level only, front door has keypad and I can program a personal code per request. Basement is used only as an emergency exit. I am always available by cell phone and can give you recommendations on places you may like to visit depending on interests. I can be available in person if needed in most cases. Looking out the kitchen you will see the Sacred Heart Cathedral Steeple and hear the church bells off in the distance. You'll hear the low whistle of an occasional barge along the river, maybe see a train traveling along the river banks below. Few minutes to famous Bix Festival, Down Town Davenport, Village of East Davenport, and District of Rock Island. Lots of Festivals including Bix, Festival of Trees, Brew HaHa, St Patrick's Day Fest, Red, White, & Boom, and much more! Davenport recently made the news as one of "Prettiest River Towns in America"! Uber for less than $10 to downtown or East Village of Davenport. Down the hill and across the street is the bike/walking path. City buses are available down the street as well. Chanel Cat water taxi is available seasonally that crosses the Mississippi river and stops at all of the cities of the Quad Cities. You'll be 12 minutes from the Moline Airport, 9 minutes from Tax Slayer Center, 8 minutes to downtown Rock Island, 5 minutes to the Arsenal, 3 minutes to the River Center/Adler/or anything downtown Davenport, and 16 minutes to TBK Sports Complex.
