Boat launch nearby. Across the river from Old River WMA and Bogue Chitto WMA. Large screened porch with a dining area. Covered parking area with a pellet smoker. House consists of 2 separate spaces with an adjoining door. 1 large living area with 3 bunk beds and double bed. This area includes a small kitchen and bathroom with a large shower. The second space includes a kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has two double beds, the second bedroom has three single beds. An air mattress is available at the house. Lots of parking for trailers with UTVs or boats. House is on a paved road that doesn't flood. The public boat launch has plenty of parking. If you need anything we are normally only 20 minutes away. Although houses are within view the house is very secluded. Please keep the noise level reasonable. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers with UTVs/boats. The Pearl River sill(dam) is located just downstream of the house and boat launch. Please exercise extreme caution when accessing the river. Life jackets will be made available if you need extras.
