This condo is centrally located on Bradford Street in the West End, just a block from Commercial Street. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (a rarity in town) which makes it great for 2 couples or 4 friends to share. Rental Certificate #BOH-22-629 The space It is located on the 2nd floor of the main house. (There are 3 units in the main house, plus a small cottage on the property.) Our deck is great for coffee in the morning, outdoor grilling/dining or relaxing at anytime. The kitchen has all the essentials including a microwave, lobster pot, coffeemaker, toaster, and blender/food processor. Both bedrooms have queen beds and there are 2 full bathrooms. Although rarely needed in the summer, the unit has thermostat controlled AC in both bedrooms and an additional built-in wall unit AC for the living room. For winter months, it is fully winterized with heat, including an in-wall propane unit to ensure your stay is cozy. Guest access Guests will have full access to condo, including a washer and dryer and 2 decks- a main side deck has lounge seating for 5-6 and an additional small deck off of the master bedroom. One parking spot is also included. Other things to note Typically, during high season (July 2 - September 10) , we require a minimum stay of 7 days with check-in usually on Saturday.
