Coastal heaven: 1 block from the beach & bay! Strathmere is a quaint beach town nestled between Ocean City & Sea Isle which have tons of shopping, nightlife & activities. Ours is the perfect getaway from the crowds!! Home is a corner lot and spacious inside & outside! Features 2 family rooms, 2 decks & outdoor space. We have beach equipment, kayak, paddleboard & games. Peak Season Rentals (June - August) are a 7 night minimum and Friday to Friday so you get a full weekend of fun! The space 4 bedroom, open concept kitchen and family room, master suite, 1st floor family room for the kiddos & lots of outdoor space! Guest access We have a driveway that fits 3 cars and parking is rarely an issue in our little town of Strathmere. Once you arrive you don't need to drive again! Other things to note We do not rent to young groups (ie. senior week). Hot tub not available for guests. We have tons of family fun games including board games, cornhole, horseshoes, sports equipment and beach fun. Includes 6 beach chairs & a beach cart, boogie boards and rafts for the kids. We do offer beach cruiser bikes (5), double kayak, single kayak, paddleboard for additional security deposit.
