Marblehead Treetop Retreat

Enjoy your stay in Marblehead from our tranquil property, situated in one of the town's most charming and friendly neighborhoods. Conveniently located close to everything Marblehead and the surrounding area has to offer. A short car ride to downtown, area beaches, and both the Salem and Marblehead waterfront (all within 1 to 2 miles). Or, if you prefer to explore the area via foot or bike, access to the the popular "rail trail" is just down the street. The space Make yourself at home in our stylish and comfortable setting! Whether you are looking to prepare easy on-the-go meals or are a more serious chef who enjoys cooking during your holidays, you will find everything you need in our fully-stocked kitchen. There is bar seating for two at our butcherblock counter directly across from the food prep area. Coffee lovers, please help yourself to the assortment of our favorites from local coffee shops. Adjoining the kitchen is our cheerful dining room with ample seating for six. Take the time to relax in our cozy living/family room... You'll find a large (and very comfortable!) sectional couch as well as a TV with access to your favorite channels via Fire TV Stick and HDMI. From there, step outside onto our expansive deck, which is set amongst the treetops. On one side, you will find a tranquil lounge area, perfect for a quiet read or an evening cocktail. On the other side, there is a gas grill and a stunning marble table (in case dining al fresco is on your agenda!). Each of our three bedrooms is well-sized, with ample closet and storage space for your belongings. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress. Extra linens and pillows are provided for your comfort. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, with a twin trundle for those requiring extra sleeping space. The third bedroom has a full-sized bed. All of the bedrooms have easy, pull-down blinds on every window to ensure your best night's sleep (great for napping children too!). If you are traveling during the hot summer months, you will appreciate the central air conditioning, which is easily controlled via the main thermostat. Guest access We offer off-street parking for two cars in the driveway, with space for additional cars on the street in front of the house. Other things to note Traveling with children? We'd be happy to give you access to our large playroom in the basement (with lots of toys too!). Also, you will find a swing and a trapeze bar on the oak tree in the yard. If there is anything we can do to prepare for your visit or make your stay more comfortable, don't hesitate to ask. We are just down the street and guarantee a quick response to your needs, while also respecting your privacy.
