The Cotuit Bungalow

Our cozy Cotuit Bungalow is one of the Cape’s newest, coolest guesthouses built in 2017 to accommodate singles & couples seeking the perfect Cape Cod get-away (2 guests maximum). Located in the residential village of Cotuit, the bungalow comes fully loaded - queen-sized bedroom, separate bathroom w/shower, spacious screened-in deck, wet-bar/microwave/fridge, a/c, cable & WiFi, fire pit, outdoor shower and private parking. Bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels (bath & beach). The space We allow dogs only for an additional fee to cover cleaning costs. Please let us know if you plan on being your pup prior to your trip. BEACHES: Walk to the beach - 2 blocks to compact Cross Street Beach, 3 blocks to wide-open Loop Beach - or a quick drive to bigger, busier beaches like Craigsville & Seagull in Hyannis & Yarmouth, just minutes away. GOLF: Take your pick, public/private, executive par-3, championship caliber, the Cotuit-Barnstable-Hyannis area is loaded with courses. BIKING, BOATING, FISHING, ET AL: Cotuit-Hyannis has the best options on the Cape. SHOPPING, SUPPLIES, ENTERTAINMENT: Mashpee Commons is a 10-minute drive to everything from movies, restaurants, clothes & groceries and, of course, if you can’t find it on Rt. 28 you probably don’t need it on vacation! Guest access In addition to the Bungalow itself, guests have access to an outdoor patio area with fit pit & charcoal grill, outdoor shower (people love it!) and.of course, the huge backyard (which is particularly popular with guests bringing their dogs). Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Massachusetts has a tax law that applies to all short-term Airbnb rentals, which has resulted in a $25/night pass-through charge being included in our rental prices.
