Our home sleeps 6 comfortably. It has 2 floors in a neighborhood of townhouses with a nearby pool (seasonal). We provide water, snacks, WiFi, washer and dryer, Smart TV, Full Kitchen, Keurig, oven, and microwave. Home is easily accessible to I-10/I-49, University of Louisiana, and Downtown Lafayette. The space Entire home is available... Guest access Guest may access the entire home except the downstairs storage closet. Other things to note PLEASE… 1. Park in the parking spot labeled #44. 2. Enjoy the snacks and make yourself at home. 3. No pets allowed inside our home. 4. No smoking inside our home. 5. No food upstairs. 6. Only registered guests allowed on property. 7. Turn off lights when not on property. 8. Wash dishes. The dishwasher is inoperable at the moment. 9. Don’t move the furniture. 10. Remove used sheets from bed. 11. Bring towels and bed sheets down to the laundry area. 12. Downstairs coat closet is locked. It contains personal items. 13. Be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
