Quaint Beaverdale Brick

Historic Beaverdale is located in the heart of Des Moines! Just minutes from Interstate 235 and Interstate 80/35, our house is close to almost anywhere you need to go! The space We have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom brick home that was built in 1929. The charm of the arched doorways speak for themselves. Everything has been fully updated and the basement is finished in to a Theatre Room. Guest access You'll have access to anything in the house aside from the 2nd Floor. It only consists of the master bedroom and bathroom so there is no reason for guests to go up there. The basement however, has a large sectional and a few chairs with a 135' screen and projector. It's excellent for watching movies! There is plenty of pantry space for groceries if you're staying long term, and we clear out a section of the fridge for you as well. Gas grill and Hammock line the fully fenced back yard to create unforgettable summer nights. Each room is equipped with a SmartTv loaded with Hulu, netflix, Amazon, and DirecTv During your stay We're almost always around, and if we're doing something fun, we're usually sure to invite you along. If we're being boring, we're still a great resource to tell you where all the fun things are happening! Other things to note We have a few cats who want nothing to do with guests, and you have a very likely chance that you won't even know that they're there. We do, however, have 2 very lovely, very active Vizsla puppies! They're absolute dolls and are VERY well trained.
