The Chicago House is a centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 2, is on the 1st floor with a queen bed & private bathroom. A/C, TV, cable, WIFI, refrigerator. Free On Site PARKING in the BACK of our BnB, is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us Our simple cold continental breakfast is served from 8am to 9:30am The space We’re a simple 9 bedroom Guest House which is clean, rustically historic, centrally located, quiet and affordable Greek Revival built in the 1830’s. We’re a work in progress and enjoy restoring and updating our home as we have time and can afford to do so. We have a variety of room types from twin to king, single to double, shared to private bathrooms. Most of our rooms are small and quirky in true Provincetown tradition, so make sure you book the one that’s right for you. We enjoy hosting and cultivating a friendly, diverse and respectful household. In order to stay affordable we don’t have much of a staff. We’re a small place and we like to dedicate it to our guests currently staying with us, so we only allow registered guest on our property. Guest access Patio available from 8am - 9pm. No Kitchen Access. No Microwave, No Toaster. We have a food license with the town and can't allow guests in our kitchen. During your stay We advised guests, if they need to contact us during their stay, to call (not text or message through Airbnb) because it's more immediate. We don't have notifications on for Airbnb messaging since we have 21 listing but we always have our phone on. We do daily room cleaning to remove trash, clean and sanitize the bathroom and replace towels if needed
