After you park in the private driveway, you'll enter through the front of the house-farmers porch into the enclosed shared breezeway. You're instantly greeted by a beautiful staircase that leads to your own 800 sf suite. Living room for your exclusive use has a queen sleeper sofa, plus large couch that can be used as an extra bed plus room for an available air mattress to accommodate groups of up to 6. Air mattresses and extra linens will be provided upon request. Private Bedroom with queen bed and full bath both have locking doors. Enjoy a full sized stainless fridge, large toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate, microwave and Keurig coffee maker along with some k-cups to get you started. Work away from home to just get away with a dedicated work area for your laptop plus dedicated wifi booster in the unit. Breezeway is shared space and contains the laundry area, which is available to our long term guests. Farmers porch and backyard may be used by guests including the outdoor shower located out back. Owners home is connected to the suite via the breezeway and a locked door upstairs. Other things to note We perform a thorough cleaning and disinfecting between every guest. We wash all comforters, blankets, bath mats in addition to sheets and towels.
