The entire house hosts a nice collection of "museum like" glass cased Bird mounts and decor. A washer/Dryer room. A private fire pit stocked with firewood, Large spacious fields and private roads can all be enjoyed for exploring or walks. The views of the mountains and fields as well as a great view of the dark star filled skies can be enjoyed off the elevated back deck and walkway. As a notice of advice, this home is situated in the Sapphire Mountain foothills. From late October till Spring thaw an AWD or 4WD vehicle is advised. The roads are maintained and plowed as it is a residential area but a good traction vehicle is advised.
