The space Sunrise Sunset is the top floor of a fully elevated duplex on the beach block in Ocean City's South End, five houses from the corner and two houses from the sand at 37th Street. The private rooftop deck is yours alone, furnished with chairs, a coffee table, and chaise lounges: expansive ocean views by day, sunsets over the bay by night. Five bedrooms, four full baths plus a half bath, sleeps 12. A wall of windows and soaring vaulted ceilings flood the open living area with light. The great room has a shiplap feature wall, a 65-inch 4K Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a dry bar with a dual-zone wine and beverage refrigerator, and sliding glass doors open to a covered front porch with a sectional. The chef's kitchen centers on an 84-inch Carrara quartz island with matte white GE Cafe appliances: six-burner gas range with griddle, double ovens, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and a French door refrigerator with in-door water and ice. The new dining table seats 12. Four bedrooms up top: a king suite with a 6-foot double vanity and full-width glass-enclosed shower, a second king with private bath, a queen, and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Top-rated luxury mattresses throughout. The fifth bedroom is the detached ground-level cabana: queen bed, private entrance, full bath, beverage center, and TV. 6 beach tags, beach chairs, and an umbrella are included with summer stays, plus an enclosed outdoor shower, storage under the front porch for bikes, kayaks, and surfboards, and off-street parking for three cars. Sunrise Sunset sits on Central Avenue in the South End, the quiet residential stretch of Ocean City between 34th and 59th Streets. The 37th Street beach is two houses away, lifeguarded in summer, and wider and calmer than the beaches up by the boardwalk. The 34th Street bridge puts you on and off the island without driving through town.
