Living room has large sectional sofa, t.v. Full kitchen, with common appliances and cookware. Bathroom with shower/tub. Vaulted ceilings throughout. Slider to private deck and large yard, all separated from owners side of house The space Cozy, comfortable, inviting interior is naturally bright and airy with vaulted ceilings and southern exposure. Lovely, private yard with gardens, birds, chipmunks, deer, fireflies... Guest access Private and separate side of house offers a full kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, bathroom. Fast wifi, smart t.v., netflix, etc., new mini-splits, deck, gardens, books (please return to shelves when you leave!), plenty of private outdoor space with dining area, seating around gardens, swing… Other things to note No smoking inside the house. We have a sensitive septic system, so please flush toilet tissue only. Our home is a country cottage, complete with woodland creatures, plants etc. We try to live in harmony with nature and the wonderful life around us, including the many chipmunks, rabbits, the occasional fox, toads, and insects. Our home is extremely comfortable and very clean but is not a luxury accommodation! Our home is kid approved but not baby-proof. The house is located in close proximity to the railway. Recent increased Amtrak service means 2-4 trains pass daily, including some night trains! Please return our treasured books to shelves upon departure.
