Relax in this secluded home along a peaceful creek surrounded by 40 acres of woods and wildlife. Many attractions in historic Decorah, more local attractions including Seed Savers Farm, Winneshiek Winery and Whats New Antiques. Whether you stay put and unplug or take in the local attractions, you are sure to enjoy your stay. Verizon has good reception. Wifi maybe with password. Home construction was completed in December 2019 so landscaping is ongoing. It is about 10 minutes to Decorah The space There is a large patio overlooking the woods and creek. The house bathroom has a large walk in shower -also a tub if wanted. A modern kitchen with all the necessities. Three bedrooms - a king bed in one and a queens in the others. Guest access Total use of the house and garage. Walks in the woods is acceptable. No smoking (outside would be acceptable). No pets. No beer parties Other things to note We do have another airbnb listed which is 2 miles from this home. It is called the Whats New cabin. It is a little smaller 2 bedroom home fronting a beach and a pond. Thanks Craig
