The space This spacious 120 year-old home has tons of original architectural detail throughout. With massive 14ft. ceilings and ornamental fireplaces, the space will charm you like the city itself. The space consists of two large rooms and a bath/closet/washer/dryer area. The “master” bedroom is equipped with a memory-foam queen-sized bed, large armoire with extra bedding, and a tv (Netflix and local tv). Air mattresses in the back closet and can be set up in the large kitchen - which is fully equipped with all the fixin's, including fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. We move the dining room table to the side to accommodate the second bed. Ideal for families .. or groups of 3. The air mattress can be found in the back closet. We have a full bathroom and washer/dryer in ths back with a large closet. The patio is shared, but all are welcome! Guest access The space is located in the back 1/4 of a beautiful double-shotgun home. Private gated entrance allows for undisturbed, anytime access. There are timed and auto-sensor lights for safety and visibility. Other things to note This is a kid-friendly home. Inquire about use of stroller, car seats and /or other accessories. Apologies in advance for the thin walls and the pitter-patter of feet in the morning and early evenings. We have a provided a white-noise machine to help with this.
