Just two minute walk to the beach. Located on North End Boulevard. Off street 2-3 car parking, two are tandem. Guest has use of 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and other living space. (There are two additional rooms not accessible to guests which are locked and not included in the property description.) Host is available for assistance if needed during the stay. The ocean is across the street. Two miles to the right is the center of Salisbury Beach where Blue Ocean concert venue is located attracting local and national acts. Seaglass restaurant in the same complex offers fine dining overlooking the ocean; and next door is Surfside, a casual beach bar where in the summer, there's a huge outdoor deck overlooking the ocean and frequent live music. Saturdays in the summertime there are fireworks every Sat night. Or, northbound, visit Seabrook Beach (resident parking), Jenness Beach and Rye beaches where surfing is quite popular. From May 18 - June 8 there are lots of Mayflies around the house. Mayflies are nuisance pests and cannot bite or sting. They are, however, very attracted to light, which can result in large amounts around buildings at night and dead flies below lights and windows in the morning. Please keep outside lights off to avoid attracting flies to house. We are offering 20% discount during this time because of this inconvenience. The house has two interior staircases which open into living space on both sides of the building. And, the large exterior rear deck is at a high elevation. These could be a hazard for smaller children, especially if they are climbers. For personal safety, children aged 10 and under are not allowed on the outdoor deck without parental supervision. No leaning, sitting or standing on the outdoor deck railings is permitted at any time.
