Our quaint cottage is a walk to world famous Browns & Markeys Seafood restaurants. A 15 minute drive to Newburyport with many shops and great restaurants. Hampton Beach is a 5 minute drive. Surf, paddleboard rentals, Deepsea fishing/cruise 5 minutes at Eastman's Fishing pier. The space 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom open concept cottage. Clean & fully furnished. 1 house back from beach, ocean view w/upper deck and grill on rear deck w/marsh views. Convenient beach access and close to the highway. 3 car free parking on premises. Safe, quiet neighborhood with many nearby restaurants, shops and entertainment.. WiFi access. Guest access Salisbury is approximately a 15 minute drive to the town of Newburyport with plenty of outstanding restaurants and shops. 5 minute drive to Hampton Beach. Paddleboard, boat and surfboard rentals. Less than one mile to world famous Browns and Markeys seafood restaurants. Charter boats for deep sea fishing, sunset cruises and excursions at Eastmans Pier. Fresh fish right off the boat at local Fish Co-op.
