Our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home sits on a beautiful parcel of land with Bozeman Creek running through it. Here, the deer, elk and other wildlife can be seen almost on a daily basis. Close to restaurants, downtown, 2 ski resorts, and the hospital. The space This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is close to all downtown amenities Bozeman has to offer, yet also offers the peace and quiet of a country setting. Sourdough trail is just a few steps down the road for hiking and biking, and Bozeman creek runs right through the property. It is 5 minutes from Main Street and all the top notch restaurants, and 3 minutes from the campus of Montana State University. Bridger Bowl and Big Sky Resort are just a short drive away. Bozeman Deaconess Hospital is just up the hill and Hyalite Canyon is a short distance away. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are equipped with a queen bed in one, and a king bed in the other. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor with a queen bed in one, and two twin beds in the second. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The basement of the house features a futon couch/bed. Other features include a study/office space and a sun room. Radiant floor heat keeps the house comfortable and the wrap around balcony on the second floor makes for great sunset views and views of the mountains. It us common to see local wildlife daily, including deer and/or elk. Kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and other cookware you may need for your stay. 8 person maximum.
