My quaint, Victorian (circa 1890) Home. Close to Fortescue Beach Charming small town views, rustic bay front dining, & family-friendly activities. Fishing, swimming, bird watching & other outdoor activities are popular here. Many beautiful walking and hiking trails are just a short 5-10 minute drive away. The Newport House has a covered porch with plenty of natural sunlight for entertaining. It is great for couples, solo adventurers & families. Be sure to read the house manual. The space 🦆My house is such a peaceful, 🐓old fashioned, retreat 💐from the hustle bustle world. 🌳 💤Quiet and mbcomfortable, bringing back memories of the past, taking you back to a small, home town, way of life.🏡 The Newport Nest is a old home with old fashion charm. The floors are slightly uneven in some rooms, you can say they have settled, along with a friendly spirit who appears from time to time.👻 🏡 My house is rented as a Bnb. Each room is rented separately.🛌 There will be fresh coffee, fruit, juice, eggs, yogart, and muffins in the frig. for you for your arrival. 🍎☕️ You may enjoy using the kitchen ☕️and relaxing in other areas of the house downstairs.🛋 It is $130 Per person or $150 a couple Per Room. Plus deposit and cleaning fee. The overseer 👩🏼‍🔧 of the house occasionally stays in the bedroom downstairs off of the kitchen.☕️ 🐚There is a nearby beach in the quaint, little, fishing town Fortescue. ⛱⚓️🏊🏻‍♂️🐠 There is a Motorsports Park 🚘 Nearby. 👠Also we have two area theaters if you are interested in seeing a Musical or Live Band at The Levoy The Landis Theaters 🎭 🌷The local event newspapers are The Cumberland Guide The Reminder & The Grapevine.📖 🎟. 🚖 We have a Drive 🚘 In Movie Theater in nearby Vineland. The Delsea Drive In 🍣🍔🥤 🛥There are cruises down the Maurice River & also an 🦉🦅Eagle Cruise out of Money Island. We have East Point Lighthouse you can tour and also a Alpaca farm close by. Great area for birdwatching🐧🦆 & biking.🚲 🎄🦃🐿 There is plenty of old fashioned fun, so plan a fun stay and mark your calendar.📆 We are going to have some special events coming uo.
