This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath (Hollywood bath) condo is located in the center of town and gives easy access to all parts of the city. Walking distance to parks, hospital, Heymann Center, Oil Center and other local attractions. Minutes away from University of Louisiana, Cajundome and Convention Center. Pool is available on grounds but closes during winter months (Sept - April). The space Very nice and well maintained complex built around the 70's with easy access to LGMC, university, local sporting events, concerts, local parks as well as downtown and the many festivals held around Acadiana. It is an attractive alternative for all who seek a private and peaceful location instead of the usual hotel or chain style unit. Condo is located on the backside of complex with a pool view from the balcony and is a very quiet unit. It has a rear access road for ease of entrance and exit, nearby neighborhood grocery, drug store and several highly rated local restaurants make this a very desirable location with keyless access to unit! Wireless internet provided with a 40" flat screen TV in living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and front loading washer and dryer in the unit. This is a perfect unit for business travelers, small families or a weekend getaway for friends and couples. Lynda and I live near by and are available to answer your questions or give suggestions for your stay. Guest access Other Airbnb units are located in same building and around complex if more space is needed during your stay. Other things to note Condo in rear area of complex and very private! Each bedroom and open living area have there own access to balcony.
