Newly renovated, the apartment is near Kenner’s top eateries, coffee shops, a local park, and a grocery store. But with all that New Orleans offers, you might not need the kitchen! Enjoy the city's vibrant culture while staying in this cozy space. The space Address: 1815 1/2 Clay St., Kenner, LA 70062. The apartment is conveniently located on West Metairie Ave. between Compromise St. and Clay St., making it easily accessible. This Airbnb apartment is situated above a garage, ensuring privacy and quiet. The space is meticulously clean, perfect for even the most discerning guests. Please note that you will need to climb a one-story set of stairs to access the unit. Guest access Guests will enjoy full access to the apartment, which features a private entrance, ensuring your stay is both convenient and secluded. The apartment also includes a small backyard, perfect for a bit of outdoor relaxation, and a dedicated parking area that can comfortably accommodate 2-3 cars. Please note that this is an above-garage apartment, so stairs are required to reach the entrance. You'll have the entire space to yourself, making it a cozy and accessible home away from home. Other things to note ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
