Located on a private street: LARGE Fenced in backyard: patio, grill, umbrella, outdoor shower! Great kayaking, fishing, beaching -ONE dog considered, but must disclose upon request to book -parking for 4 cars maximum July and Aug is Sat-Sat rental *Must bring towels/linens* The space please bring linens and towels stair use is required at the home Main floor: bathroom is located on main floor 1 set twin Bunk Beds (2 twin) stairs required to reach lower level Lower Level: 2 bedrooms- 2 Queen Beds lower level living area: 1 twin bed 1 full pull out sofa- full Other things to note For the beach: wagon, cooler, umbrella, toys, boogie boards
