Hello! This is a modern 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom town house. Guests can rent the entire home and have access to kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. The home is near UMASS University Campus (15 min walk) and Memorial (10 min walk), as well as restaurants on Shrewsbury (5 min walk), Union train station (1.5 miles), DCU center (1.5 mi), and other Worcester schools (WPI, Holy Cross, Clarke etc). Perfect for larger group seeking hotel alternative. Please inquire about dogs ($25/night). No smoking The space Bedroom 1: master bedroom on top floor with queen bed, sofa, en suite bathroom and patio. This is the master bedroom on it's own floor. Door is located at the bottom of the stairs by the laundry machines. Bedroom is spacious, modern, and comfortable. Private bathroom has shower, sink, and separate toilet. Space in walk-in closet is available for hanging clothing, but will have some of my (hosts) belongs in it, as this is my primary residence. Desk is available for working. SmartTV is available with HDMI attachment and access to Netflix. Sleeps up to 3 people (2 in bed, 1 on couch, with space for air bed if necessary). Bedroom 2: Master suite 2 is located on the second floor and is a large simple bedroom (queen bed) with closet. Bedroom two is connected to ensuite bathroom with shower/tub, sink, and toilet. Bathroom is private if only using Bedrooms 1 and 2, but can be shared with Bedroom 3. Bedroom 3: Cozy 3rd bedroom with full bed and closet. Bedroom 3 shares the full bathroom with bedroom 2, and can sleep 2 people. Kitchen, Dining room, living room: The kitchen, dining and living rooms are on the first floor of the townhome. It is an open concept layout with plenty of counter space for cooking, eating space, and lounging space. Guests will have access to the entire space and are free to use any cooking materials and supplies. There will be space in the refrigerator for food storage, and the guests can use any condiments, oil, flour etc., found in the refrigerator or the cupboard. There might be a few notes that say: "Not for guest use" on certain items in the cupboards and refrigerator. I will provide coffee (brew coffee machine). There is a patio available off the kitchen with a grill for the warmer months. As stated in the description, guests can request to bring pets (dogs) who are well trained and crate-trained. There will be an additional charge of $25/night for pets, this is to cover excess cleaning. Dogs must be crated when guests are not home and not be left alone for longer than 4 hours at a time. Pets can use patio for the bathroom but please clean up poop after them. PETS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED. Other things to note While dogs won’t be around during your stay they do live in the home when it is not rented.
