The space This home was made for families to take advantage of outside space! The 4 large common area decks (including a spiral staircase accessed rooftop with breathtaking 360 degree views) beg to be utilized. The decks offer extended living space off both the second and third floors, essentially doubling the already ample open floorpan of the home. Enjoy grilling and meals with a bayside breeze, sunset, sunrise, sunbathing, shaded relaxing, swinging, and hammock lounging. Additionally each of the four bedrooms has a private deck for individual retreat if you'd like some quiet. Relaxing is key, however the included amenities will result in hours of bikes/beach/bay FUN! Don't worry about getting sandy - you can wash off all the fun in the outdoor shower that overlooks the bay.
