World famous Waikiki Beach, Includes parking

Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath condo on the 6th floor in Waikiki. Steps away from world famous Waikiki Beach and exciting Kalakaua Avenue full of shops, restaurants, cafes and street entertainment. Waikiki Brewing Company is within a block, 7-11 is on the corner as usual, Ala Wai Canal is steps from the front door. Our unit is fresh and new, fully equipped kitchen, gated 1 car parking, beach toys, walking distance to everything, but remember, Waikiki is congested, there is traffic & noise The space Aloha, Get use to this word because hopefully you will use it often and feel the Aloha spirit. Our unit is newly remodeled 2 bedroom with 1 full bath on the 6th floor overlooking the pool. Our unit is high enough to avoid normal traffic noise but low enough to call down to the kids at the pool. We are on the Ala Wai Canal just 2 blocks from exciting Kalakaua Avenue and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the Ala Wai Golf course, everything you need to make your Hawaiian getaway complete. Just a short walk to the Hawaii Convention Center and within walking distance to the Ala Moana shopping center. Our lanai has views towards the west (sunset direction) Ala Wai canal to the north, and the Waikiki skyline to the south, they aren't perfect views, no beach views but very relaxing. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two extra long twin beds. The full bathroom has everything you need and soap & shampoo is available. The living room has a large pull out queen sized bed, a large flat screen TV with cable and all Hawaiian TV stations to include, Chinese, Japanese and Malaysian TV programs. The Wi-Fi internet is easily accessible, strong signal, easy connection and hopefully you will spend more time at the beach instead of on your computer. I do know it is important to have good internet access when you need it. The kitchen is fully equipped ready to cook, Rice cooker, toaster, the all important coffee maker with coffee provided, microwave, large new refrigerator and freezer perfect for Macadamia Nut ice cream. There are plenty of towels, 6 large Beach towels, beach chairs, body boards and other beach toys available for use. Prior to Coronavirus we had snorkeling gear and face masks, we will see how that goes in the future. We have 1 free parking space in the secured parking area, access is with a Fob, you will need it for entrance and exit. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance, 7-11 is within 1 block, Waikiki Brewing Company is across the street and within a block, numerous coffee shops and take out restaurants are within 2 blocks. Waikiki Beach is a 10-15 minute stroll with plenty of shopping along the way. If you have a car the H-1 Freeway is just minutes away with easy access to all parts of the islands. This specific building is noticeable from all parts of Waikiki with the beautiful Weiland painting on the side of the building. We are zoned with hotel/Resort zoning which allows for short term rentals. The address to the property is 1909 Ala Wai Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96815. Please remember that Waikiki Beach is the most congested area in Hawaii, high traffic, noise and nightlife. If you're looking for quiet & solitude, honestly, try Maui or Kauai. If you want excitement, shopping, nightlife and Waikiki beach, our unit is for you. Walking distance to everything you need and you won't need a car. If you do have a car, the H1 freeway is just minutes away with access to the rest of the island. Mahalo (get use to this word too, and use it often,). And we hope you enjoy your stay. Guest access Parking is tough in Waikiki, we are very happy to have our own spot, parking spot R-23, please park only here or you risk being towed. And remember, when it is time to check out you will need the big fob to open the gate. Other things to note Here is one thing to consider, World famous Waikiki Beach is just that, world famous. In all of Hawaii, Waikiki Beach is the most congested and densely packed area. If you are a first time visitor to the islands, Waikiki Beach is the place for shopping, restaurants, night life, hustle and bustle, Crowded, noisy, traffic and parking are issues. This is not the place for seclusion, serenity, peace and quiet but our condo is a good starting place for visiting those more secluded areas.
