The condo was renovated in July 2021 with a gorgeous accented wall and modern rustic feel, and air conditioning in the living room. The living room has a queen size Murphy bed and two sofa couch that folds out into a full size bed. The bedroom has a queen size bed and additional inflatable mattress that is full size. There is a washer/dryer and full size bathroom with a two way access. The kitchen is fully stocked with a full stove, dishwasher, and other. With the 3rd floor having the largest balcony space, you can enjoy a spectacular view as you relax. The beach and pool is right at your doorstep. Guest will have access to the entire condo, beach, and pool. There is a parking stall for one car. If your party has two cars, one may park on the street. There is also a public bus system that runs right in front of the condo. The countryside of the island is just different. I grew up in this neighborhood. I love it! Open spaces, uncrowded, sandwiched between breathtaking Koolau mountain range views and postcard-perfect beach sunsets, it doesn't get better than this. There are tons of hiking trails, secluded and world-famous beaches all within a few minute's drive. Rent-a-car is the best way to get around but we also have a reliable public transportation bus system with stops right out in front of the building. Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, and Honolulu are about an hour's drive away. Turtle Bay golf courses, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Gunstock Ranch, and Climworks Keana Farms are 5 to 10 minutes away. The world-famous North Shore beaches like Pipeline, Waimea, and Sunset are 20 minutes away. The condo is NEWLY RENOVATED in July 2021. Located on the 3rd floor on right side of the elevators when exit the elevator, it is conveniently the first door next to the elevator. Ideal view and a refreshing breeze if you open the front door and balcony door. Reserved parking for one vehicle and public parking on the street. Currently, the septic system is being updated but does not deter from your experience. The condo is provided with dish soap, laundry soap, and toilet paper.
