Newly Renovated Aloha Apt.

Welcome to Des Moines, Iowa! Within the newly renovated, very spacious, basement oasis with a queen bed and a twin bed in a nearby alcove and an eat-in kitchen. My home is in a nice and safe neighborhood that is right off freeway I-235/Ingersoll Ave. It is within walking distance to Art Center, and Greenwood Park. Two separate doors leading from the apt to the backyard. Guests have their own entrance door and a parking space at my back yard. The space Guests have private entrance and all the space on the lower floor. There are doors to upstair’s kitchen but they locked when this level is occupied. It is about 1,100 square feet with living room, one bedroom and an alcove room next to bedroom. The new shower is equipped with multiple nozzles to give a heavenly showering experiences. I have a Russian-blue cat named Aslan (I keep him out of the Airbnb) Guest access The entire floor, living room, a queen bed in bedroom, a twin bed in the alcove next to bedroom ( The alcove is separated from the bedroom by a wall without a door. Please let me know if you need use the second bed $30, and laundry. There is parking on my private backyard (right next to the red double door/Airbnb guests entrance) and on the street as well. There is a brand new mini fridge and a microwave in the apartment, no stovetops. You are welcome to use my kitchen upstairs, just let me know. Other things to note - 15 min from the airport - Restaurants and park within 5 minutes
