Adorable 2 bedroom cottage with lovely deck

Located 12 minute drive to Provincetown Town. Guest can also take the Ptown shuttle at the end of the driveway to Provincetown. Cottage is located 1 mile from the bay and 1 mile from Head of the Meadow Beach. Dogs are allowed for a $125 fee per dog. ALL LINENS SUPPLIED (bed sheets, comforters, blankets, and bath towels). Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, and coolers also available for guests. Nice enclosed deck area with grill. The space Salt Air Cottages is a 12 unit association with 7 buildings. My building has 3 units- my space consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a stand up shower, a kitchen, a fully enclosed porch, and an enclosed deck. ALL LINENS PROVIDED (sheets, blankets, bath towels and beach towels). This is the reason for the higher cleaning fee. We have beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers for guests to use. We also have games. dvd's, TV's in the bedrooms and porch. Coffee maker and full kitchen. One designated parking space along with some guest parking. Enclosed deck-small dogs are safe, a big dog could possibly jump over the enclosure in one area. Outdoor cooking grill. AC and Heat. Ceiling fans in all of the rooms. Porch has Convertible Sofa that can be opened up- 33" x 77" x 28" (extra fee for use- I will provide linens and towels for sleeper couch-let me know in advance-$100 fee for extra sleeper). TV's with Streaming in bedrooms and porch. There are two cameras in interior. Unplug camera when you arrive. There is a camera with floodlight on deck. This gets video of parking area/small yard area. Guest access Guests cannot use Loft. One parking Space available. Possible second spot available. Let me know if you will have 2 cars. Free overnight parking at the library just 3 minute walk. Other things to note Quiet Hours- 9AM-9PM Charging of vehicle of any kind is NOT allowed. No campers, RV's or large trucks/vans are allowed. No excessive barking from dogs. Do not leave your dog longer than 4 hours. Dogs must be leashed in common areas. Loft is off limits.
