Spacious Room w/PRIVATE Bath

Spacious room with a private full bath. Full bed sleeps 2 (not a queen sized bed, bed is as pictured). Table for your computer. Fun souvenirs from around the world decorate the room. Access to living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry. Front porch is great seating in warm weather. I will share my schedule with you, yet you can come and go as you please whether I'm home or not. The space The room is a spacious with a full bathroom. This is a private bath accessible only from inside the room. There is a table with a TV. The table can serve as a desk if you raise the wing/leaf. A dresser with a mirror is in the room. There are hooks over the doors so you can hang any clothes or coats. You can use just the hooks or the provided hangers. The closet itself is private and not for use. For your desired level of cool temperature, there is a 3-speed ceiling fan, two table top fans and a box fan. Some reading material about the area is in the drawer by the TV. There is a small lamp on one nightstand. There is a welcome note in the room that lists the TV channels and wifi information among other things. Guest access Upon request, Guests have access to/share with me the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room on main floor. Guest bedroom is up one flight of stairs. Parking available for 1 car in the drive way. Additional cars can park for free around the corner in the development. Guests can use the kitchen for cooking and can have food in the refrigerator and pantry. Please ask before using laundry facilities so I may remove my personal belongings and clothes out of the way. During your stay I will be available off and on during the day and/or evening. I work from home, so while I may be home, I may be working. If I am out on an evening appointment, it will most likely be after 9:30 p.m. before I am home. I am happy to arrange your arrival time whether I am home or not. If you need to leave early, please feel free to do your thing and don't worry about leaving if I'm not up yet. Other things to note For check-in, it is just myself that will greet you. Nothing formal. I am not particular on what time you are arriving, I just appreciate a heads up on your estimated arrival time. If for some reason I'm not home when you need to check-in I will make arrangements with you for getting into the house. (My home is not suitable for children under two or those traveling with pets. The room is up one flight of stairs.)
