This basement level has everything you need whether for a couple of nights or an extended stay. The eat-in kitchen is complete with a gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. A separate dining table, free wifi and desk allow remote workers space to spread out without impacting your ability to relax in the spacious living room with a 65 inch TV. The space The basement has a full kitchen, 3/4 bath, living area and bedroom plus an additional workout area with a weight machine and free weights. Jesup is a short drive to Waterloo and a reasonable distance from Cedar Falls and Cedar Rapids. Guest access Guests have almost exclusive use of the fully furnished basement. We attempt to minimize our intrusions to maintaining the furnace filter, water softener, etc. The laundry room, located on the main floor, is the only shared space.
