Guest access You will have access to the entire house, the property and swimming pool. Passes for Lucy Vincent Beach and Squibnocket Beach can be obtained at Town Hall 7 days a week, 9-12, with a copy of the lease. Other things to note Chilmark is a rural, quiet part of the island.
