Cozy Private Guest Suite close to NWK Airport/NYC

Beautiful Private Guest Suite with separate entrance in a very welcoming and cozy house close to NYC; 2 mn walk from the Decamp Bus line which goes to Manhattan, Port Authority in 40 mn. Orange and Brick Church train stations to NYC are at 10mn. We commute to NYC everyday. 25 mn drive from Newark Airport. 10 min from West Caldwell Univ. WholeFood and ShopRite at 5mn. Quiet and nice neighborhood. We are a young couple who speak English and French and love traveling and enjoy hosting. The space This is big studio at the basement which is at the ground level (not underground). This studio is separated from the rest of the house: it has it’s own living room, bedroom, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, and bathroom as you can see in the pictures. The guest(s) can also access to that space using a separate entrance, through the garage. It has 3 small windows where you can see the daylights, and has been freshly renovated. Others Amenities: - small fridge - coffee machine - Smart TV with Roku integrated: so you can watch Netflix or just watch your favorite shows on streaming - Washer and Dryer available for long stay (a week or more) - free WiFi - Desk table and Chair - Cleaning service twice a month included Guest access Private studio, so the guest has all access. Backyard and deck also available Other things to note We live upstairs with our family so you may hear footsteps, talking, or children at play especially during the weekends or weekdays in the morning when we are getting ready for the day (6:30 am-8:00 am) or after work (6 pm - 8 pm). Nothing too bothersome but to consider if you are sensitive to noise.
