Quiet and nice neighborhood. We are a young couple who speak English and French and love traveling and enjoy hosting. This is big studio at the basement which is at the ground level (not underground). This studio is separated from the rest of the house: it has it’s own living room, bedroom, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, and bathroom as you can see in the pictures. The guest(s) can also access to that space using a separate entrance, through the garage. It has 3 small windows where you can see the daylights, and has been freshly renovated.
