Home is located on the south side of Lake Manawa, between Missouri River and Lake Manawa State Park. It has easy access to walking and biking trails, swimming and playground area, and the boats ramps. Note: When you're near the lake area, please be aware wildlife may cross the road. Supermarkets (Walmart and Target) along with a variety of places to dine are nearby. During your stay My son and I live in this home and enjoy many lake activities. Other things to note Fishing on the canal is permitted with an Iowa fishing license. Bring your poles and fish off the patio area. Cropie, bass, catfish and carp frequent the canal. If you have your own boat or other watercraft, there is an additional slip available with prior coordination. An additional fee may be required. Liability Waiver is required for bike, kayak, canal or lake use for travelers and their guests. You'll need to navigate some steps to gain access to the premises as the AirBnB space is located in the lower level of our home. My son's room is located in the lower level so inside stairs and hallway are for common use.
