Hello! Thank you for looking at our Cape house! Our place is on the Maravista peninsula in Falmouth, just one block away from the Great Pond and a few easy blocks to Bristol Beach. Perfect for families or couples traveling together! The space The house has 3 bedrooms on the main floor, each with a super comfortable queen size bed . Two of the rooms have ceiling fans and each room has an AC unit installed during the summer. Downstairs stays quite cool. There is a room with one twin bed and a double bed, a full bathroom, and a room with a sofa-bed. The washer & dryer are downstairs as well. The main floor also has a large living room, a dining room set, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Finally, we have a small charcoal grill, a big lobster pot and lawn/patio furniture ideal for eating outside. This cottage has been our family homestead for decades, and we are happy to share it with you! Guest access You will have access to the entire house. The house also has parking for 3-4 cars, and the main floor is handicap friendly. Other things to note During the summertime, we prefer weekly rentals with guests checking in and out on Saturdays.
