Modern Contemporary Lake House in the Kisatchie Nation Forest. House over looks lake and has access to boathouse and boats. Great Fishing and hunting. Relax on the deck. This two story smart home has extravagant bathrooms. Kitchen fully equipped and has double ovens and double dishwashers. It is a beautiful Lake house with lots of trees. Klos Kabin is equipped with a Ring Doorbell, located outside the front entry, facing the street. There are no cameras inside the house. No parties allowed. The space The two bedrooms upstairs has shared Jack and Jill Bathrooms with claw foot tub and faucet with spraying wand.. The Master bath has a deep jetted tub with T.V. and speakers above the tub. The shower is huge and has a 12x12 rainfall water feature, 6 Body Jets, a wand and led lights. The Master Bath also has a fireplace too. Guest access The entire house is available. Other things to note The water level on Lake Kincaid is low due to the lack of rain. Free kayaks: two adults, one child and life vest included. Fishing poles available; bring the fishing tackle of your choice. Due to the COVID outbreak and federal recommendations we are NOT allowing parties at Klos Kabin.
