Other things to note One off street parking space included for a compact, standard or small SUV. Please park respectfully to make space for the other 3 cars. If you have a very large truck or a larger travel van, there is additional parking, if needed, is on the adjacent side street (1/4 block away). DO NOT PARK directly on 39th, you. will get towed. There is a daycare next door. During the day, there is occasional noise from the kids playing outside. Not on the weekends and not everyday. The house is on a main two-lane street. The windows do a great job of keeping street noise out. The bedrooms are on the backside of the house and are very quiet. It has a shower/bathtub but the way the on demand water is set up, there is only enough hot water for showers.... but endless showers :) Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property. Only registered guests allowed on the property. Quiet time after 10 pm. No exceptions to late check-in/check-out time unless discussed with host in advance. If there are any problems during your stay, please reach out and let us know! We want you to be comfortable during your stay. **Air conditioning units are added to the windows as of July 1st each year and removed in September. ** One set of towels per guest. If you need more towels during your stay, just ask. During longer stays (over 10 days), you will be given extra sets of sheets/towels. After 7 days of your stay, you can put the dirty laundry in front of your door and send me a message. ***
