Our gorgeous estate consists of 3 bungalows AND a larger house called The Ohana- an original plantation home with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The Ohana House is roughly 2,500 sq. feet with a lovely outdoor patio. This booking is for just one home not all 4 homes. This beautifully landscaped piece of paradise is vacation ready! Lounge by the pool, fire up the grill, and relax with your family and friends in this private tropical paradise. Take in the sparkling ocean views and in less than a minute you can be snorkeling, swimming, or boogie boarding on one of the best beaches on the South Shore. Come kick off your sandals and enjoy the many splendors of our incredible island. Let us provide you with the perfect place to create memories that will last a lifetime! Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property. **Please note: There is a $75 Venmo fee for any check-ins arriving after 11pm. Any bookings longer than 7 days will be charged a $200 mid- cleaning fee. Our staff will come and do a "refresh" during your stay.
