A lovely location with perennial flower gardens, a pond, and is surrounded by 2 acres of dogwoods, pines, lilacs, and oak trees. The house has 1 bedroom on the first floor has access to sliders to the deck and closed in porch. The house has a greenhouse, kitchen, living room, and screened 3 season room. Host lives upstairs, but during monthly rentals host is not in house. Adults only please. August and Sept. month long rental. The space This home is quiet and peaceful, it can only be rented for entire months August or Sept. (host not present in home).It is not near the noisy road, and 10 minutes away from town. There is WiFi. A perfect location. It is situated in the woods, but because it's up on a hill - it's very sunny too. There's a lovely dining room, but if you prefer you could sit out by the fish pond, or on the patio. Also it is about 15 minutes away from Kirpalu! Guest access The downstairs bedroom has a private access thru sliding glass doors off deck.Also access to house thru private entrance. Other things to note Due to Coronavirus, there is extensive sanitizing and cleaning each week. There is WiFi password given after u arrive. Host lives upstairs, and only is not in home during monthly rentals. Each morning coffee ( organic, free-trade) cream etc. at request. Tea and coffee in kitchen also.
