NOTE: Guests must be able to manage stairs. We have a small dog who is very active. This is a quiet neighborhood next to a park. We offer a comfortable basement suite with private bath. The dog is not allowed in the guest suite. Guests have off street parking. Guests enjoy a large basement suite with an efficiency kitchen which includes a dining table, microwave, sink and small refrigerator. The suite includes a private bath, sitting area and television with Netflix access. We have a beautiful back yard adjacent to public park and close to walking trails. The room has a futon that can be used as an extra bed for a $10 fee. Guests use a shared front entrance. We will help you get checked in and comfortable. If you need anything text us and we are happy to help you get what you need. we live on a quiet cul de sac street with old growth trees. Close access to groceries, pharmacy and excellent restaurants. Park your vehicle on the left side of the driveway and pull forward near the house. The room has a comfortable queen size bed. There is a futon in the suite that can be used for a $10 fee to be paid at check-in.
