Your Urban Cottage in Missoula

Welcome! This clean, cozy nest in our hip little city is perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, a small family, or friends on an adventure. If you're coming to Missoula for business or to take a class, this is a perfect place to relax after work, or to work from home. You'll be a ten-minute walk away from a fabulous natural food store and the riverfront walk/bike path. You can drive downtown or to the university in less than 15 minutes. You'll feel at home in your Missoula cottage! The space The indoor space features a welcoming living room with new floors and furniture, a spacious, sunny kitchen, and two bedrooms. The whole house is yours, and light weekly cleaning is included. Kitchen - The first impression most people have of the house is that the kitchen feels very big for a modest-sized dwelling. There's a table for four there, lots of counter space, a new range, and all of the essentials you'll need to cook from home. Living room - Lots of seating, lots of morning sun. The living room has a couch and two comfy chairs, plus a nice desk next to a south-facing window. There's also a cafe table, a bookcase (feel free to read from library!) and another reading chair. This whole main area of the house was recently updated, and it feels fresh and inviting. Bedrooms - One bedroom has a full size bed, the other has a twin. Both have windows, and both feel cozy and quiet. Bathroom - The bathroom has everything you'll need -- shower, tub, vanity, washer and dryer, etc. Yard - Outdoors you can enjoy the shade of three maple trees, a profusion of native plants, and a sunny deck. The house is situated on the back of the lot, so all of the outdoor space is in the front and on the side. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house. Only the garage is off-limits to guests. There is ample free street parking, and a (narrow) off-street parking space as well. You can check yourself in using a keypad -- we'll send you an access code a few days before you arrive. Other things to note A few details to note: - This is a shoes-off household. We provide slippers! - No smoking of any kind in the house or on the property. This includes vaping. - No pets. - Kids older than 2 are welcome, but the house is not baby-proofed or set up for infants and young toddlers. Registration Details 2025-MSS-STR-00003
