Additional cleaning fees at a rate of $90 to $140 per week will be added for longer stays and based on number of days and number of people. This additional fee will paid to the host when requested through Airbnb for extra services. We ask that everyone respects the "peace and quiet" of others before 9 am and after 10 pm. There is no smoking anywhere near the guest rooms and house. We usually have wonderful weather and have lots of solar hot water, but turn on our electric backup about 4 -11 pm, 6am, earlier if showers wanted before 7 am, or if a cloudy or rainy day. If rainy, drive 10 minutes south (coastal desert).Beaches in coastal desert, almost always sunny. In winter months, you may see snow on our amazing volcanic mountains, Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa ! Whales play along the Kohala Coasts December to April. We have a variety of beautiful weather..usually awesome, cooler than Kona and Hilo. Our gorgeous tropical plants and pastures need showers! We are a country ranchito in the lush Tropics, so you may see an uninvited bug or two. Let us know, so we can do our best to make you comfortable.
