One of a kind unique 1800’s brownstone with modern amenities located in the heart of downtown jersey city! Our apt is a 5-8 min walk to the nearest station to get Manhattan. The grocery store is one block away. Restaurants and bars are also a few blocks away. It's a 10 min train ride to lower manhattan and about a 15 minute train ride to midtown. Guest access Guests can check in at their convenience. There is a lockbox that guests can obtain the apt keys from. Other things to note Parking: We highly recommend not having a car during your stay with us since parking can be difficult in our area but if you must have a vehicle we do have street parking available. For street parking you'll need to watch for the sweeper and if you're staying between M-F you'll need to abide by street parking signs. We recommend parking your vehicle at the parking garage next to the mall at 30 Mall Dr West where you can park overnight for the day for ~$25/day. Stairs: This is a 3 flight stair walk up.
