This is duplex located in a very quiet area adjacent to the Historic Bywater & Marigny!! Biking distance to the French Quarter!! Accommodates 6 Not Ideal for guests who plan to have Intimate/Romantic Encounters or who plan to have late night fun/partying in the home. Old Home with THIN WALLS. See House Rules/Noise Restrictions BEFORE attempting to book. The space Cozy shotgun-style home in a peaceful yet lively neighborhood. Comfortably sleeps 6, featuring 2 private bedrooms,(1 queen & 1 full), and a full size sofa bed. 1 full bathroom. Full kitchen, with seating plus a separate dining space. Neighboring the Historic Bywater & Marigny areas, which are full of local bars, restaurants, shops, and musical entertainment . 8 minute car ride to the French Quarter, 15 minute bike ride. Guest access The space is very close to New Orleans historic cemeteries, which feature above ground gravesites. 8 minute ride to the French Quarter.... Or take the scenic route & take a Nice walk through Crescent Park which takes you directly into the French Market! 10 minutes to the Riverwalk, Harrahs Casino, the Aquarium, Cafe Du Monde & so much more. There are several bike rental companies in the French Quarter as well as taxi's. Other things to note NOISE RESTRICTIONS: Old Home with THIN WALLS. There is a bedroom DIRECTLY ABOVE the back bedroom in the home & DIRECTLY ADJACENT to the 1st bedroom in the home. Simple Talking/Footsteps are easily heard through the walls, therefore elevated voices/music/television etc... causes disturbance. Intimate/Romantic moments....Will Be Heard by neighbors and interrupted with a phone call, ring of the door bell, or taps on the wall. This is a duplex, in which their is a neighbor living on the adjacent side. There is NO shared space. Two separate spaces with one adjoining wall just like an apartment. NOISE MUST BE MINIMAL AT ALL TIMES. NO loud parties, music, television, running, horse playing etc. -Especially in the bedrooms & kitchen. Please Respect 8pm- 9am Quiet Hours. Guests that do not comply with the home rules will be Forced to Leave.
