Close to the University of Hawaii and Ala Moana, Kaimuki, Kapahulu and Moiilili, our neighborhood is walking distance to restaurants and less than 2 miles to world famous Waikiki Beach. Foodland and Safeway grocery stores are also walking distance as well as and local favorites like Leonard's Malasadas, Rainbow Drive Inn, and Waioli Shave Ice. Downtown is about a 5 minute drive and most importantly, we have air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room! The space Away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, you will be one of the locals here. Guest access Guests will have their own space with their own private entrance. They will also have access to one parking space, back yard and coin laundry area. Other things to note There are long term renters in other areas of the house.
