The space This Ocean Front Studio Villa at Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort is not a hotel property, but a beautifully appointed luxury oceanfront condominium facing west with ocean views and outstanding sunsets. Features include a fully furnished kitchen, signature Heavenly King Bed, Heavenly Bath with a separate whirlpool bath and shower, in–room washer and dryer, and everything you need to cast your cares away. Sleeps up to 4 if you use the pull-out Sofa Bed. More luxury details like Bose stereo equipment and flat-screen televisions only serve to heighten your experience. There are there are actually three different WESTIN Resorts side by side to enjoy, each with beautiful pools and grounds. Also a FREE WESTIN Shuttle Bus runs every hour or so (morning to later evening) to Whaler's Village and then to Lahaina. Guest access Please note there is a DAILY State of HI Occupancy Tax of about $9-$14/day which the guest pays. The resort will ask you for a credit card at check-in to cover this tax and any incidentals such as food and drinks at the resort restaurants and room service. This unique property actually consists of 3 different WESTIN properties side-by-side to enjoy, each with a different beautiful pools and tropically landscaped grounds, accessible if you're staying at any of the 3 resorts. In addition there are 3 different fitness areas with state of the art equipment. And there are restaurants in all 3 Resorts plus pool bars with pupus too and Happy Hours each afternoon. You have a lot of choices for excellent dining. Your rate includes FREE parking. There are NO resort fees to pay. There is however a daily State of HI Occupancy Tax of $4.71/day for Studio units, which the guest pays. Other things to note Concierge service is available at the property as well as valet parking. The resort staff will be available if you have questions or need assistance during your stay. There are a couple of golf courses nearby and you can rent clubs for about $25 per day (see Concierge). * Hawaii’s 14-day quarantine order for trans-Pacific visitors will no longer be required for travelers who can produce a valid negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of start of their travel. The option for travelers to avoid quarantine goes into effect Oct. 15. Qualifying tests must be nucleic acid amplification tests, also known as NAAT — a molecular test that requires a minimally invasive nasal swab sample or saliva. If test results are not available at a travelers’ time of arrival to Hawaii, that person will have to remain in quarantine until they get their test results. Only after they receive a verified negative test result will they be released from quarantine. Gov. David Ige said the state has agreements in place to facilitate the pre-travel testing program with CVS and Kaiser Permanente. Travelers will be responsible for the cost of their test, which must be taken within 72-hours of the arrival of their Hawaii-bound flight.
