A cheerful, cozy cottage in the dreamy village of Shelburne Falls. The space Open floor plan and eclectic furnishings transform this 1850 cape cod into a warm, inviting home. 1,000 square feet of space downstairs allows you to spread out and relax. Upstairs you’ll find the second full bathroom, two bedrooms, and a children’s playroom each with super comfortable beds, set with cotton linens, feather pillows & blankets. The cottage garden is a 1/4 acre, offering comfortable seating and space for the wee ones to play with the safety of a 5 foot picket fence. Other things to note Buckland short term rental permit number: TL-25-0057 issued:12/22/25 Part of the charm of Shelburne Falls is the freight train that runs through town 4-5 times per day. The tracks sit right beside the cottage. We find it romantic. Quiet hours from 9pm-8am must be observed. *pet allergy sufferers please note: I do not recommend booking our cottage… I wouldn’t want anyone to struggle during holiday! This is a child and pet friendly HOME ☺️ (not just an Airbnb rental).
