-Entire 1 bedroom,2 small blocks,2 mins walk to Grove street PATH train.(quick undergound one,same as New York City Subway,but cleaner :) $2.75 per ride) -7 mins ride on PATH train to New York City,World Trade Center -Great safe,clean neighborhood,mostly professionals who works in New York during a day -a lot of restaurants and bars all on Newark Avenue. -This is a walk up building The apartment is on the second floor ONLY ONE FLIGHT UP The space -This whole entire 1 bedroom apartment will be yours after booking,with brand new furnuture,bed sets and towels! -Right around two blocks Grove str PATH station,less then 2 mins walk -so many restaurants and places to eat around this area once you outside you will see. -outside food market almost every day by the Grove str train stop -Between the bedroom and living room there is no door,it’s a door wide entrance in between them and no see thru curtain hanging. Ps -Garbage you can leave downstairs in garbage bag,in the same building,on ground floor in a hallway by the stairs Ps Just wanted to let you know the hallway of the is not modern style,but apt exactly same as you see on the pictures. Do not smoke inside the room,hallway house If we smell cigarettes we have to call odor control technicians who using ozone treatment, fogging, duct cleaning, and many other techniques to return a home to a fresh state And it ll cost you $189 average Guest access This whole entire 1 bedroom apartment will belong to you after booking! Other things to note This is a walk up building The apartment is on the second floor ONLY ONE FLIGHT UP YOUR LUGGAGE-Here is some option in case you arrive early or depart late: I have guests checking in and out before and after you,so if you don’t mind you could bring your luggage to storages/places where you can keep the luggage,it’s in manhattan,called SHWARTZ and VERTOE,you can find them online,the closest and comfortable locations for you and leave the luggage there,$6.95 per item I believe. You can also do it a day before your departure day,so you could just go and explore manhattan that last day or bring your luggage same day and pick up at night(that's in case you depart late on your check out day)
